Minimum Night Stay – 3 Nights Resort REGISTRATIONĪ Resort Registration fee will be charged as you enter the Resort. In addition to the nightly rental rate, each booking will be charged a cleaning fee and 12% sales tax will be charged to your invoice for each rental. DEPOSITSĪ deposit of $250.00 is required to hold any home. All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees.
Venture Out Beach Rentals will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE OR THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNIT, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE PARK AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. When you do return for your much needed vacation, we want you to have peace of mind knowing that we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. We are taking the time and care to disinfect light switches, remote controls, and door handles just to name a few. These additional steps comply with CDC standards for disinfecting touch surfaces. We have implemented additional cleaning policies and procedure for all of our vacation rentals. ***YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ALL OF YOUR OWN LINENS – THIS INCLUDES – BED PILLOWS, BEDDING INCLUDING COVERS, SHEET SETS AND BATH TOWELS
